		<description>In the brown shoe days some level of blanket party would suffice.  Man, there is no right answer to this question.  If you are in the military and you have (or can create) a Commanders Policy Letter on OPSEC (or whatever your service would call it) then you can get them on violation of Commander Policy.  I did this when I was on active duty and it was a very effective tool.  In the corporate world this gets much more difficult and must be dealt with on a case by case basis.  I will say though that without leadership support in the program (military or civilian) you are hosed.  I think this would be a great question for discussion in the OSPA OPSEC forum.  If you don't know how to get there just go to the OSPA home page and link to it from there.
